General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. General Provisions
These GTC govern the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer in the e-shop www.bambeari.sk.

2. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
The Buyer orders products through the e-shop at www.bambeari.sk. By sending an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them. The order is considered a proposal for a purchase contract.
The purchase contract is officially concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order by sending an e-mail to the Buyer's address provided in the order form. From this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise between the Buyer and the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part of it in the event that the goods are no longer produced, are out of stock for a long period, or if the price from the supplier has changed significantly. In such a case, the Seller will immediately contact the Buyer to agree on further steps or a refund.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices listed on the e-shop are final. The Seller is not a VAT payer (unless stated otherwise). The price of the goods does not include shipping costs, which are added to the total amount in the final step of the order according to the chosen delivery method.
The Buyer can pay the purchase price using the following methods:
Bank transfer: Payment in advance to the Seller's bank account.
Online Card Payment: Fast and secure payment through a payment gateway.
Cash on Delivery: Payment in cash or by card upon receipt of the goods from the courier (available only for selected countries).
The goods remain the property of the Seller until the purchase price is paid in full.
4. Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)
The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer as soon as possible. Goods that are in stock are usually dispatched within 3 business days of receiving the order (or from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller's account).
Delivery is carried out via a courier service to the address specified in the order. The Buyer is informed about the shipment of the goods via e-mail. The Seller is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by the carrier or an incorrectly provided address.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, the goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all accessories.
The costs for returning the goods are borne by the Buyer. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the Seller will refund the purchase price to the Buyer's bank account within 14 days.
6. Warranty and Claims (Complaints)
The Seller provides a standard 24-month warranty on the goods, which is extended to 36 months for selected products (Bambeari GO™). The warranty period begins upon receipt of the goods by the Buyer.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage caused by the user, or defects caused by improper maintenance (e.g., failure to follow washing instructions). To file a claim, please contact us at bambeari@bambeari.sk. Since our products are handmade, slight variations in color or fabric patterns are a natural characteristic of the product and are not considered a defect.

7. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract, processing the order, and delivery. All personal data is handled in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
The Buyer's data is never provided to third parties, with the exception of the carrier necessary for the delivery of the goods. The Buyer has the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the Seller.
